My new favorite food-Quinoa! Here's a side dish from AllRecipes: I just made a few minor changes to this recipe. I used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth and sauteed the onion with the garlic. Lots of flavor!
Quinoa Chicken Fried Rice Recipe: Used coconut oil instead of canola/sesame, and used chopped fresh carrots instead of frozen but cooked them for about 5 min before sauteing with the rest of the ingredients. Added 1tsp minced garlic, some salt, and 1 tablespoon bacon grease. Didn't put in the chicken, but still good!
