New month NEW goals!!! My goal is to slow down when I eat. Be present and not just shoving my face. LOL. One bit at a time, chew my food. Drink lots of water…. eat every 2-3 hours. FOLLOW the plan and do my best. 9.5 weeks out..... Starting to lean out in those areas that lose fat last!!! Like my booty!! It's a party in my head when I see that happening... Hard work paying off!
