Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Tacos 2 - 2 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast 1 1-oz packet of taco seasoning 1 cup salsa verde 1 can corn (do not drain) 1/2 cup beef broth taco shells & fixings Place roast in the slow cooker, cover with taco seasoning. Pour 1 cup salsa verde over top. Add 1 can corn (with the juice) & 1/2 cup beef broth. Cook on high 3-4 hours, or low for 6-8. When it is finished cooking, shred, put back in slow cooker when finished. Mix shredded beef with corn and liquid.
