Restaurant Style Salsa

I GOT TO TRY THIS!! Great homemade Salsa: * 2 cans of diced tomatoes * 1 little can of diced green chiles * 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped * 1 clove of garlic, minced, or garlic powder * 3-4 whole green onions (stem included) chopped up * Couple shakes of red pepper flakes * 1 tsp of salt Blend it all together minus the tomatoes, then add the tomatoes and blend a little to mince the tomatoes. Delicious!

Restaurant Salsa

Cucumber Salad. Great side dish for only 50 calories! Ingredients: 1 large cucumber 2 tsp coarse sea salt 1 Tbsp light sour cream 1 tsp finely chopped onion 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp sugar

Okay, I've made this three times now and it really is addictive, and superfantastic. And ridiculously easy. So far, my favorite Pinterest find...by a mile. Easy Salsa: Literally comes together in under 5 minutes. Not only is it easy peasy to prepare but it's down right delicious. Unlike pico de gallo, it's more like a salsa you'd get in a Mexican restaurant served with chips before you get dinner.
