Jerusalem should be on everybody's bucket list. It is an amazing experience and yes, definitely SPIRITUAL
There are places to party at in Jerusalem, but you need to be from Jerusalem to know them. PS - tel aviv is not just parties but also culture and a lot of beauty (that is now known for us, who live there)
