Hot Pepper Garlic Jelly - I've been using this recipe for years. I use one pack of certo and I omit the bell pepper. I slice my hot peppers by hand instead of using a food processor. It will produce a GORGEOUS jar of jelly. Serve over cream cheese or use it to roast pork. Love this!
