    Very Pretty in Pink!

Roseate Spoonbill- Like the American flamingo, their pink color is diet-derived, consisting of the carotenoid pigment canthaxanthin. Another carotenoid, astaxanthin, can also be found deposited in flight and body feathers. The colors can range from pale pink to bright magenta, depending on age and location. Unlike herons, spoonbills fly with their necks outstretched. They alternate groups of stiff, shallow wingbeats with glides. #birds (animals that start with R * animals that start with S)

This bird is a male Bearded Reedling, mainly living in the wetland areas of England, Asia, Ireland and Scotland. It is a non-migratory species. They were removed from the true tit list, but still may go by the Bearded Tit and/or Bearded Parrotbill.

Another one of God's awesomely beautiful creations, which showcase the brilliant colours only He could create.
