    Sake Mojito Cocktail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You’ll need: 1 bottle Sake 1 bottle Extra Dry Champagne 1 large bunch mint leaves juice of 3-4 limes 6-10 droppers full of Liquid Stevia (more or less to taste) First, tear the mint leaves off the stem. In a large pitcher, use the back of a wooden spoon to muddle the mint leaves, stevia, and lime juice. Then add the entire bottle of Sake and entire bottle of Champagne. Stir the mixture and serve over lots of ice in rocks glasses or mason jars.

    Summer's best refreshment. My recipe: Make simple syrup with 1 cup organic raw sugar with 1 cup water, bring to boil, stirring frequently, simmer and cool. Roll limes (thanks Magnoliaadams.blogspot.com) over a hard surface before cutting to increase juicyness, cut in half and squeeze a whole lime into glass. Put ice in the bottom of the glass, along with 8-10 leaves of torn fresh mint. Then add equal parts bottled lime juice (#Santa CruzOrganic), simple syrup, rum and club soda. I like to serve mine in Mason Jars, too- nothing terribly original about that, cept a southern girl like me would have been horrified to serve cocktails in a canning jar as a child. Garnish with the cut up lime pieces and enjoy! Try to stop at two or three! Oh, also good virginized.

Mojitos for today. Perfect for summer birthdays poolside.

Mint leaves chopped 2 tblsp superfine sugar 6 ounces seedless watermelon, pureed 1/2 cup lime juice,fresh 3/4 cups light rum Crushed ice In shaker muddle mint, sugar, and 1/2 the lime juice. Add ice, rum and then watermelon. Shake. Strain over ice and serve.

Frozen Cherry Mojitos 1 lb frozen, pitted cherries 3 cups crushed ice 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 cup white rum 1 cup lime simple syrup lime wedges and fresh cherries to garnish Place the frozen cherries, ice, mint, rum, and lime simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime and cherries.

MOJITO 1.5 oz BACARDI Rum 12 fresh spearmint leaves 1/2 lime 7 oz club soda 2 tbsp. simple syrup (or 4 tsp. sugar) For the smoothest summer cocktails, gently crush mint leaves and lightly squeeze lime in a cool tall glass. Pour sweet syrup to cover and fill glass with ice. Add Bacardi Rum, club soda, and stir your emerging mojito well. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few sprigs of mint.

I need to plant some mint in my garden so I have a constant supply of mint for Mojitos.
