I'm thinking of lots of other ways to use this for my boy who's a little past the numbers-and-colors stage...pompon checkers, perhaps? Or addition/subtraction practice?

Paint with Pom Poms - a nice fine motor activity, too.- we've done this with small squares of sponge as well!

Paint with Pom Poms. - I also use Q-Tips with kiddos to paint and to spread liquid glue.

Paint with pom poms, tape ends of cloths pin to keep it closed. Match pom pom to paint.
