    Flip signs for students to let you know what stage they're working in without interrupting the class. Sign says: "I'm working hard.", "I need help!", and "I'm finished!". This is the older version of the design. Newest version are propped on a small makeshift stand; much smaller and compact, and can be flipped with the use of plastic coils. I also switched the colours between "I need help!" (now red) and "I'm working hard." (now blue).

I use this in my classroom, but I definitely need to start calling Voice Level 1 "spy talk". It's MUCH cooler than whispering! (If anyone has never heard of this before, I HIGHLY recommend it! It took a couple of weeks for my kids to get the hang of it, but now they ask me what voice level they are allowed to be at for certain activities. It's AMAZING!)
