Creamy Avocado Pasta - To make vegan, try replacing the greek yogurt with soy yogurt. Though, for me, soy yogurt has too much of a soy flavor, so I would probably blend this with a salsa verde, and go for a brighter (and less creamy) flavor. The avocado will offer plenty of that heavenly creaminess without the yogurt.
Creamy Chicken and Asparagus Pasta with Bacon - This pasta is AMAZING! Like a lighter alfredo pasta with bonus of herbed chicken, fresh asparagus and salty bacon. So good!
