Boundaries...others pick these up about you, are you aware of just what your own are and where they should be to prevent cyclical abusive (not just physical, verbal, social, economic, mental and more) relationships from recurring. Make time to evaluate and adjust your boundaries if needed. You will be treated no better than you accept, set standards where you do for your treatment of others..
