Jalapeño Beer Cheese Soup Update: Since this pin takes you to nowhere when you click it, I had to do some Internet sleuthing to find an actual recipe. I eventually found it under Ale and Cheddar soup or something like that (the picture matched this one, so I figured this was it). I used Newcastle Ale and added in some seeds from the jalapeños for an extra kick. The end result was a creamy, but not too thick soup with enough spice to warm you up without "melting your toilet" afterwards. Next time

Jalapeno Beer Cheese Soup- very good! My whole family loved it! The directions are annoyingly written (in my opinion), however the result is yummy. Not spicy at all. I'd add another jalapeno or 2 and maybe even some potatoes next time.

Bacon, cheese, spice, no veggies, and beer. What man wouldn't like this soup?
