Dr Fuhrman’s famous 'anti-cancer' Pea soup 1. Bring 3½ oz dried split peas to boil in 500ml water THEN simmer 2. Add 5 mdm zucchini (whole) 750ml carrot juice 750ml celery juice (1 bunch, juiced) 1 T veg stock powder 3. Blend w/little soup liquid 2 mdm onions, chopped 1 ½ leeks, washed & chopped 1 bunch kale leaves, chopped THEN add to pot 4. Remove softened zucchini & blend(er) with 2oz cashews THEN add to soup pot 5. Add to soup pot 5oz chopped mushrooms Simmer til peas are soft.
