Homemade pretzel rolls! The recipe makes a ton, but they freeze great for about 2 weeks. Just prepare them all of the way up until they're ready to be baked, and just put the par-boiled dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet and then into the freezer, once frozen transfer to a freezer bag. Voila, fresh tasting pretzel rolls in minutes!
