Hershey, PA

My absolute dream vacation (well, not just Hershey but also the Amish countryside of Pennsylvania.

Opened and dedicated on September 13, 1970, Founders Hall was built over a three-year period in the late 1960s as a tribute to the School's founders, Milton and Catherine Hershey. The school's most recognizable building contains a 2,700-seat auditorium, a cafeteria for high school students as well as staff and offices. It also includes a Visitors Center, where more than 50,000 guests per year learn about the School's mission.

Hershey, PA. Where all of that chocolate is made! The first time we were there the factor tour was a tour of the real chocolate factory. Now it is all at Chocolate World, wonderful fun for the family. Hershey Park is an other attraction, again great family fun.

I have been to Hershey a few times, and it is a chocolate lover's dream! I had my hubby drive up and down the road past the factory as they were cooking the chocolate one evening. What a wonderful smell! There's a visitor center that is everything chocolate, and well worth seeing.

Hershey's Chocolate World - Hershey, Pennsylvania. Everything is Hershey in this town. There even was a Hershey Department Store when I was a kid.
