    for the 60 minutes on Saturday, I may make Chris and Maddy play badminton! that junk burns calories...and is TOO fun

    I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.

    I do this 2 times every day & drink a glass of water after both. I love this workout. Once in the morning and once before bed.

    Workout. Could not be more true. No one wants to workout when they are tired -> it increase blood/oxygen circulation which can make you more alert. No one wants to workout when they are sad -> it increases endorphines in the brain which makes you happy :)

    I do a work out like this just a little different: 100 Rope Jumps 90 Jumping Jacks 80 High Knees 70 Squats 60 Crunches 50 Lunges 40 Push ups 30 Triceps dips 20 Jump Up touch ground 10 Burpies

    Do this 2-3 times in a row and you'll definitely feel tighter abs and a flatter stomach by the time your done. Plus, you can do this without having to go the gym :)
