The fontina dip pictured above looked SOOOO good so I made it yesterday and it was an epic fail. Fontina is just not a good melting cheese if you plan to dip things in it. It melted but it wasn't a creamy dip that easily sticks to the breadsticks. When we ran the breadsticks through the dip it just slid right off. And it was super oily with the oil just sitting on top. Flavor was good but this one will go into the trash. When it cooled it came out of the dish in a giant formed blob.
