    No-Bake Energy Bites aka Protein Poppers omega 3 fiber protein. 1 c dry oatmeal rolled oats 1/3 c coconut flakes 1/2 c peanut butter) 1/2 c ground flax seed 1/2 c chocolate chips 1/3 c raw honey 1 tsp vanilla Mix all ingredients really well. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour. longer you chill it, the better the balls bind together. Roll, roll, roll the mixture into balls about 1-inch in diameter and enjoy!
