    from Rheinlander Bakery in Colorado: Most home recipes use straight pie dough. Roll out to 1/8 inch and lightly sprinkle cinnamon over the dough. roll up into a three inch thick roll and cut three ounce pieces. roll these out in cinnamon sugar (one part cinnamon, ten parts sugar). Bake at 350 degrees. Happy baking

Go down and open up the Caramel Monkey Bread and it will tell you how to make the dough. Strange way to do it and it took me a few minutes to figure out what was going on.
