Halloween Bingo Cards: If you are looking for a fun gathering activity for a den meeting or pack meeting around Halloween time, try these Halloween Picture Bingo Cards. The set includes 10 picture bingo cards with Halloween themed images. There is also a set of call cards. These are 3×3 bingo cards, so Scouts will be trying to get three in a row. That makes it perfect for a quick gathering activity since the games should be pretty short.

Our Venture Crew is having a costume party tonight. JD is responsible for planning the activities. I’ve asked him for a general idea of what will be happening. Since the Crew has been recruiting lately, they are going to start with a couple of icebreakers: Mingle Game Four Facts Game Then they will move on to some Halloween party games appropriate for teens. A Bunch of Boys, A Princess and Me: Halloween (mini) Carnival for Pack Meeting

Halloween Games, Snacks, and Crafts: These might help you out at an upcoming Halloween party. Or they might just be a way to add some fun to an upcoming Scout meeting. Maybe you are going camping and you need some ideas to make your campsite “spooky”. Whatever the case, here are some of my favorite ideas for Scouts from other websites. You can also find my Halloween ideas on my Halloween page. A lot of these are best for Cub Scouts, but some would be fun for Boy Scouts and Venturers also.

Using a large hatbox from the crafts store, cut a hole in the lid; make sure the hole is large enough for your hand to fit through. Then cover the lid and the box with Halloween-theme scrapbook papers and add a decorative-edge border on the sides. Glue fringed garland around the opening to discourage peeking. Spell out "Mystery Box" on the top with stickers.
