    Crockpot Beef Stroganoff (noodles cook separately, must add some ingredients 30 min from end) 1-2 lbs. Stew Meat 1 tsp. Salt Pepper, to taste 1 Onion, sliced Garlic Powder, to taste 1 T. Worcestershire Sace 1 T. Ketchup 1 1/2 C. Beef Broth 1/3 C. Flour 1/2 C. Water 8 oz. Fresh Sliced Mushrooms 1/2 C. Sour Cream Put stew meat into your crock pot and sprinkle chopped onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder over top. In a small bowl combine the broth, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Pour over top of meat. Cook on high 4-5 hours. (You can also cook it on low heat for 7-8 hours but I feel like the meat becomes overly tender and falls apart when small pieces of meat are cooked for that long.) After about 4 hours, whisk together the flour and water and pour into the crock pot. Stir into the meat mixture to thicken juices. Add mushrooms, cover and cook 30 minutes longer. Stir in sour cream just before serving and ladle over top of cooked rice or pasta.

    Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff 1-2 lbs. Stew Meat Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion Powder to taste (or Lawry's & garlic peppercorn rub or beef stroganoff seasoning packet) 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce 1 T. Ketchup 1 can Beef Broth Cook on high for 3 hours. Then mix and add:1/3 C Flour, 1/2 C Water, & 1 can crm mush soup. Cook for another hour. Add the following approx. 30 min before serving: 1/2 C. Sour Cream (to taste) 4-8 oz cream cheese (to taste) Serve over egg noodles, add mushrooms if desired

Crockpot Beef Stroganoff 1-2 lbs cube steak, cut into one-inch pieces 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup (no substitutes!) 1 cup chopped onion 1 Tb Worcestershire 1 14 oz can beef broth, salt & pepper 4 oz cream cheese, room temp 1/2 c. sour cream In the crockpot, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper and beef broth. Cook on low for 5-6 hours 3. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream about half hour b/f serving. Serve over Egg Noodles.
