Watermelon on sticks. Brilliant! Watermelon gets a gold medal in the nutrition department! Full of water and the lycopene leader of all fruits! @NutritionExpert

Cinnasticks - sooooo good! Used Pillsbury seamless dough sheet spread on greased cookie sheet and baked only 10 min. Instead of butter in the glaze I used the TB melted ,to brush the crust rather than oil. Used only 1/4 cup sugar/cinnamon mixture, and 1/3 the amount of glaze. Cut into 12 strips > 125 calories a stick. DELICIOUS warm!!

Gorgeous, delicious dish worthy of any summer table or get-together. Watermelon is always great for cooling off and a natural, sweet treat
