Restaurant Grade Homemade Ranch Dressing: Blend 2/3 c. buttermilk, 2/3 c. mayo, 3/4 c. sour cream, 1/2 t. onion powder, 1/2 t. garlic powder, 1/4 t. salt, 1/8 t. pepper, 1 t. dried parsley flakes, and 2 t. buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix. Chill for one hour.

Simmer for 5 min.2/3 of mixture on bottom of rolls..Add your ham and cheese.Top add the rest of the mixture on top.Bake for 20 mins on 350!
