Josie's Argan Peppermint Foot Soak: Soak your feet in warm water for 15 minutes. Take one cup of sea salt or epsom salt (great for swelling) and mix it with a dropper full of argan oil, 6 drops of organic peppermint oil, and a tablespoon of castile soap in a large bowl (big enough for your feet).
