Sweet Sour Short ribs: 6 lbs. beef short ribs 1 cup pineapple juice. 1 cup water. 1 cup soy sauce. 1/2 cup honey. 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 2 tbsp. brown sugar Directions: In sauce pan, combine all ingredients, except beef, stir. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over beef ribs and refrigerate for several hours. Place ribs in sauce pan. Pour marinating sauce over ribs; cover. Cook over medium heat until boiling then turn heat to low and cook for 1 1/2 hour. Optional: Add pineapple chunks to sauce.
