    Baked Mozzarella Sticks...better than fried?

    Very tasty! Need to perfect frying foods. The first two batches were great, then they started to fall apart. Left over mashed potatoes reinvented!!! bacon, cheddar & mashed potato balls...shut the front door!


    A favorite! Crescent rolls (or tater tots) on the bottom of pan, then sausage crumbles, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, then whip 6 eggs and 1 cup of milk together pour over the top and bake on 425* for 20-25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
