    Taco Pasta Bake: 3/4 bag ziti noodles,1 lb of ground beef, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1cup water, 1/2 pkg cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked, brown ground beef & drain, mix taco seasoning & 1 cup water w/ ground beef for 5 min, add cream cheese to beef mixture, stir until melted & remove from heat, put pasta in casserole dish, mix in 1 cup cheese, top pasta/cheese with beef mixture & gently mix, top w/ remaining cheese, bake at 350* uncovered for 30 min

Taco Pasta. Made this and it was yummy! A little spicy for my kids, so next time I'll use mild taco seasoning and mild salsa. But over all, it's a keeper. So glad to have another hearty winter meal! Try it! -Rachel

taco pasta--made this tonight, and it's actually very good. Even Lee liked it. Needs more sauce though--so I increased the salsa, sour cream, and cream cheese a little bit.

Taco Pasta...we had this for dinner tonight. I'm a wuss and don't like spicy stuff; it was a bit on the 'warm' side for me; I'd do less taco seasoning next time.
