i love quinoa. It's so healthy for you too!

Quinoa salad is really good. I like to buy it at the deli in our local health food store. Since they have already flavored it with fresh herbs and olive oil, all I have to do at home is add vegetables. The onion, tomato, sweet potato and kale up in this picture looks perfect.
