Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Baked garlic & brown sugar sesame chicken Will definitely make again with a few changes. Used convection oven - will use regular bake cycle next time. Used minced garlic - will use fresh garlic next time. 1/3 brown sugar and added 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
Upside-Down Pizza Revisited The recipe in The Amish Cook column this week was for “upside down pizza.” Sounds like a hearty, substantial dish for a cold winter’s day, of which we have had many lately. Liz from Central Ohio were kind enough to send this photo of the dish to me. Liz added venison to her version and said it was a big hit with her family.
