A tasty tilapia recipe that will turn even your pickiest of seafood eaters into a fan from dineanddish.net

Made this tonight- and we loved it! I served it with rice and fresh steamed broccoli. There was PLENTY of sauce and it was pretty rich so you could easily use some lower fat versions of some ingredients and still have amazing flavor. I think this would work well for any light white fish. A new favorite for sure! Oh and I used a creole seasoning for the cajun seasoning and it was just right.

Tilapia w/ recipe...making this tonight..this was very good and crispy.and it actually looked like this...I did not make the tomato sauce because I don't like my fish mushy and I thought putting the sauce over top would make it mushy...even Parke liked it....will make this again

Blackened Tilapia- very good! Would do this again. Husband loved it. Said it's like what you'd get at a restaurant. Used the entire spice mix.
