Chapstick out of clothes! 1. Sprinkle a small pile of baking soda on spots. 2. Use toothbrush to rub in the baking soda to each spot, this will absorb the grease from the chapstick. As it absorbs, it will start to ball-up. Once it's all combined sweep baking soda into sink or trash. 3. Repeat 1 & 2.until the baking soda no longer balls-up. 4. Next, use your normal laundry stain remover to treat the spots. 5. Let the stain remover sit for 15 minutes and run the clothes back thru laundry!

Remove grease-stains that have already been through the dryer... Sprinkle baking soda on each spot. Rub into each spot w/ a toothbrush. The baking soda absorbs the grease & start to ball-up. Once most of the baking soda has combined together into small balls, sweep the baking soda off. Pour more baking soda onto each spot & repeat the process until the baking soda no longer balls-up (absorbed all of the grease). Spot treat w/ laundry stain remover & soak for 15 minutes & run thru laundry again.

How to remove oil stains from clothing. The baking soda seemed like a lot of work and mess. I am going to try the tip of using goo-be-gone, which reconstitutes the oil. Then apply dawn dish washing soap or any stain remover to the stain. Allow to sit for a few minutes and then launder as usual. I am going to try this on some cloth napkins that are a mess! I hope this works!
