HOT FUDGE PIE (S) 1 stick butter 2/3 c truvia 2 eggs 1 t vanilla 3 T cocoa powder 1/2 t salt 1/4 C Almond Flour , 1/4 C Coconut Flour + 2T protein Powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter & sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in eggs & vanilla . Add cocoa powder, salt & flour and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into greased 8" pie pan. Bake 30-35 min until center is set. Melissa Hunt uses 1/3 cup Sweet Blend, & 1/2 cup protein powder (rather than the flours).
Sarah Jokerst's THM Better Than Reese's Cheescake: peanut butter cookie crust: 1/2 c shredded unsweetened coconut, 1/2 c ground golden flax, 1/2 c almond meal, 1/3 c egg whites, 1 1/2 T coconut oil, pinch salt, couple shakes stevia extract, 3 heaping T peanut flour. Mix together & press into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min Set aside to cool.
Boil about 2 cups water and steep 4 tea bags of Oolong Tea and let cool Get your blender and add: 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper 1/2-1tsp. Cinnamon 1-2tsp. Vanilla Pinch of Himalayan Salt Sweeten to taste Add the Oolong tea and blend Put into a two quart jar, fill with ice, add more water to fill up the jar, shake well and enjoy!

THM PayDay Candies *1/4 C Erythritol* 2 T butter* 1/8 tsp stevia extract* 2 T cream 1/8 tsp caramel* extract* Melt first two ingredients in a saucepan.* Add remaining ingredients,* cook until desired caramel color, stirring often.* Take off heat and add:* 2 tsp all natural peanut butter* Dash of salt* 1/2 to 3/4 C peanuts* Stir well. Reese’s Center Candies – S 1/4 c coconut oil 1/4 c butter 1/2 c all natural peanut butter 1 t. vanilla 1/8 t. salt ½ t. Now Better Stevia ½ c Xylitol 14 to 20 packets of Truvia (depending on how sweet you want it) 1. Grind sweetener in coffee grinder. 2. Place mini individual muffin liners on a baking sheet. 3. In a saucepan, melt coconut oil, butter and peanut butter. 4. Stir in vanilla, salt and sweetener. 5. Pour liquid into little muffin liners and place in freezer. 6. Store in fridge.
