Trim Healthy Mama {Apple Pie Smoothie - FP} - 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 Tbsp cinnamon, 3 packets Truvia or NuNaturals, 1 scoop whey protein powder (unsweetened, should only have 1 or 2 carbs), 1-2 cups ice. Blend, enjoy. Counts as a Fuel Pull if you share a little bit (even 1/2 cup), E meal if you drink it all.

THM style peanut butter coconut fudge: 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup natural crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut, 1/4 cup coco, 1/2 scoop THM protein powder, 1 TBS ground THM sweet blend, 1/4 tsp salt & 1/8 tsp almond extract. THM (S) Buckeyes ~ 1/3 C natural PB, 2/3 C defatted peanut flour, 4 TB butter 4 TB Erythritol/Xylitol with shake of Stevia, 1/8 tsp sea salt, Stir together all ingredients. Roll into balls and put on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Place in fridge to set, and make a batch of skinny chocolate (pg 371 of THM). Dip balls into chocolate. (I do a double dip). Store in fridge, makes 18 balls.

How to make your own Truvia substitute in bulk (much cheaper!)

Peanut Butter Cookies, *use erythritol in place of sugar and add stevia to taste. Do not use 1/2 cup of stevia or your cookies will taste awful. I have not made this recipe, but I know what stevia tastes like and a little goes a looooooooong way. As in not even 1 tsp will be enough for this recipe.
