glazed salmon

We loved this one! I made it so it was hot and ready when my family arrived from out of town today. I put the dough in the oven while the oven pre-heated, and then for an additional 5 minutes, while the ground turkey (instead of hamburger) simmered. Then, I baked for 20 minutes, rather than 30 and it turned out GREAT! Thinking I could freeze this quite easily - maybe add the doritos prior to baking - and have it readily available!! ~ j.

Good snack or side to any meal. Cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chile powder on top! So addicted to these!!!!
