Add 1 tbsp butter and lightly sauté 3-4 cloves crushed garlic on medium heat. 2. Add 300g or 2 cups finely sliced mushrooms, 1/2 tbsp thyme, 1-2 bay leaf and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until the moisture from the mushrooms disappears. 3. Add 1 cup vegetable stock, stir occasionally until broth boils, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 4 Add 1 tbsp flour dissolved in 1 tbsp water diluted flour in, and stir constantly (while simmering) until the mixture thickens.
