Frozen Cherry Mojitos 1 lb frozen, pitted cherries 3 cups crushed ice 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 cup white rum 1 cup lime simple syrup lime wedges and fresh cherries to garnish Place the frozen cherries, ice, mint, rum, and lime simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime and cherries.

Cherry Bounce 1 ½ quarts (6 cups) whole cherries (sour cherries work best, but any mix of fresh cherries will work) 1 quart rye whiskey 2 cups cane sugar (if using non-sour cherries, reduce to 1 cup of sugar and add 2 ounces of fresh lemon juice)
