    Crock Pot Mac Cheese. Cooking spray 2 cups milk 1 can evaporated milk 1 egg 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni.Spray pot of slow cooker or if using a liner bag, spray bag well.In a mixing bowl whisk together milk, evaporated milk, egg, salt & pepper. Pour milk mixture into the crock pot. Add cheese and uncooked macaroni. Stir gently to mix.Turn cooker on low cook 3-4 hours, or until macaroni is tender.not more than 4 hours,Serve at once.
