Tuscan Bean Soup Recipe.. I plan to modify this to use in my Shrinking On A Budget Meal Plans. The recipe allows you to get a full serving of your healthy oil (olive oil) and is chock full of vitamins. Yum!

When I clicked "Visit Site" I got several pop-ups that were suspicious and would not close. I had to open Task Manager and completely close Internet Explorer. Do NOT recommend this site-- too bad because the soup looked good!

I just checked and the link is still good. The pop up is an ad trying to get you to subscribe to saveur.com. If you wait 10 secs the ad will disappear or you can hit continue to website at the bottom of the ad.

I made this soup, and the recipe is a keeper. I liked the red pepper flakes which gives this soup some kick, but doesn't overpower the other flavors. I had a few modifications based on what I had on hand, or didn't have...I omitted the squash, celery, and used red wine vinegar instead of white. I froze the leftovers and am now looking forward to lunch tomorrow!
