marshmallow frosting recipe 1 Cup sugar (white or brown)  4 large egg whites  1 pinch of salt  1 tsp vanilla essence  Place sugar, egg whites, salt into a pan.  Whisk the mixture constantly over heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot to the touch, about 5 minutes.  Pour the mixture into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is soft and fluffy.
