Quinoa Spinach Mac and Cheese - You need to sub here but worthwhile to make it a yummy freezer meal. Use goats cheeses and almond breeze almond milk (thicker) in place of the whole milk. Sprinkle the top with nutritional yeast instead of parmesean. YUM!
