Doctor Who fandom... true story
The truth about Doctor Who, this was my train of thought exactly
On becoming a Dr. Who fan, this is exactly what happens!!!
I feel that this is a representation of the subcultures that fall under the blanket of "fandoms." In this particular example, Whovians (Doctor Who fans) are pointed out. Whovians are able to talk to each other about the show using the "lingo" (such as TARDIS, Dalek, and sonic screwdriver), while the average person would be thoroughly confused in such a conversation. This man moves from the dominant culture to the Whovian subculture, shown by his possession of things that are Doctor Who related.
this is exactly how Doctor Who works... #DoctorWho Hahahah this is so me!!!! Lol I <3 doctor who!
