BANANA PUDDING POKE CAKE: 1 box yellow cake mix (& ingredients to make cake), 2 box (small) instant banana pudding, 4 c milk, 8 oz whipped topping, 20 vanilla wafers crushed, sliced bananas - use your own judgment

Dorito Chicken and Cheese Casserole - made a similar recipe last night - mix 2-3 c. shredded chicken w/1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 c. cheese & 1/2 taco seasoning packet. Crush Doritos & layer on bottom of casserole dish; add 1/2 chicken mixture; repeat; top w/cheese. Bake 350, 30-35 mins. Delicious!

Oven Baked Tacos

Oven Baked Tacos. Brown your ground beef and drain completely - then add refried beans, taco seasoning and about half a can of tomato sauce. Mix together and scoop into taco shells, (stand them up in a casserole dish). Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 10 minutes!!!!!!

my FAVORITE recipe so far!! Crock Pot Sausage and Cheese Tortellini. Easiest Recipe Ever! I replaced the Italian sausage with hamburger. So yummy!!!

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars..made in a 9x13 pan...I've made these countless time...ALWAYS a hit & soooo easy...only 5 ingredients!!... •3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened •3 eggs •3/4 cup sugar •1 teaspoon vanilla extract •2 (16.5-ounce) rolls refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough

Stir together Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Seasoning. Fold in the shredded meat, Divide the mix into the tortillas and roll up. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes) Garnish with sour cream...and chives...and salsa...and more cheese :) Or tweak for healthier variations.

TACO PIZZA 1 lb. ground beef 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (I used the jalapeño kind) 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup sliced black olives 4 green onions, chopped

Taco casserole. 7oz. bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed. 1 lb. hamburger, browned. 1 pkg. taco seasoning, mixed according to directions. 8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese. 8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese. Shredded lettuce. Sliced tomato. Layer ingredients in 9 x 13 pan as listed, leaving some cheese for on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Weekend Brunch Casserole: Crescent rolls on the bottom of a sprayed pan, then sausage crumbles, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, then whip 6 eggs and 1 cup of milk together pour over the top and bake on 425* for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper over the top.
