Weight Watchers Meatloaf - 6 Points for 2 slices! -YUM. Made double this recipe. One loaf for my fam of 6, the other loaf sliced up and frozen in baggies with the points written on it. A delicious 3 point snack/meal.
creamy cauliflower garlic rice.... 6-8 cups chopped cauliflower 4 cups vegetable broth + 2 cups water ½ cup milk 1½ cups brown rice (I used a brown rice blend) 1 teaspoon salt (plus more to taste!) 2 tablespoons butter 6-8 cloves minced garlic ½ cup Mozzarella cheese for topping (more to taste)
OH MY!!! must try! 3/4 bag ziti noodles 1 lb of ground beef 1 pkg taco seasoning 1cup water 1/2 pkg cream cheese 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked brown ground beef drain mix taco seasoning 1 cup water w/ ground beef for 5 min add cream cheese to beef mixture stir until melted remove from heat put pasta in casserole dish mix in 1 cup cheese top pasta/cheese with beef mixture gently mix top w/ remaining cheese bake at 350*.
