Parmesan Pesto Tilapia - Wow just tried this one and it's great. So easy too! With rice and veggies

Crispy Parmesan Tilapia--Delicious! I didn't have Dijon, so I subbed half honey mustard dressing and half spicy brown mustard.

You probably guessed this already but the best part of all this is that the Parmesan gets a little crispy-crunch to it because it broils so beautifully. Pair that with the delicately flaky white fish and the fresh tang of the tomatoes, and then the thick and smooth basil sauciness of the pesto… ohhhyeah. I have a thing for texture. And cheese.

Parmesan tilapia- I baked mine instead of grilling it, 400 degrees for 15 minutes!

Parmesan Broiled Tilapia. On the table in 10 minutes! Serve it up with a salad and some rice for a nice quick weeknight dinner.
