(Used this mostly as inspiration for Ellie's 1st birthday banner.) Didn't use paint-chips. (Seriously people, that's basically stealing.) Cut hearts with Cricut (about 2.5"). Cut "Happy Birthday" w/ Cricut (1.5"). Glued letters to hearts, punched holes in the tops and strung coordinating ribbon through to hang. Took two hours, off and on. This would be so fun strung around the playroom. I think I might have to start collection paint color samples. I have a circle cutter - so this could be really easy- and adorable!
Cute garland--you could punch out any shape! Stars would be fun for the boys room...even something simple like a circle or square. I'd keep the paint swatch too...it'd make a cute book mark or it could be cut for other embellishments (cards, scrapbook, gift tag, etc)
