Chicken Bacon Parmesan Pasta: 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and roughly chopped 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or less if you don't want the heat) 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 pound penne pasta 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup cream cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 whole eggs 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 2 grilled chicken breast, sliced (I marinated the chicken in Lawry's Garlic & Herb marinade)
Baked Pesto Chicken chicken breasts 3/4 C basil pesto 3/4 C grated mozzarella cheese 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Spread some of the pesto in a thin layer across the bottom of your PAN,. Lay the sliced chicken on top, then spread on the remaining pesto. 3. Cook, uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and top with the cheese. Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until completely cooked.
Chicken with Honey-Beer Sauce..Oh goodness is this the best chicken dish ever. Seriously. Chicken is no longer boring thanks to Chicken with Honey-Beer Sauce. I mean I thought this dish would be good, but I had no idea it would be that good. Bonus…it’s low enough in calories so you can add some sides for a complete meal.
