For me, it IS this simple! I may not be the fastest runner but I do it for ME and not to compete with anyone else. I do it for the stress relief that it provides and the powerful endorphins that it releases which help me make it through my days, weeks, months, years. I do it because it is my alone time with my own thoughts and reflections.
