Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the turmeric cayenne, and black pepper and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Strain into a large jar. Add the honey and lemon.
