Cooking is something I had to teach myself once I moved out. Growing up I only ate home cooked meals when my grandma made them, otherwise we ate out, mostly due to our busy schedule. So I didn't have a concept of cooking. I have taught myself a lot of cool things to cook, like this lemon Parmesan broccoli, it is delicious. I highly recommend it!
Garlic Roasted Zucchini: 2 zucchini, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic. Cut zucchini into pieces and combine in zip lock bag with garlic, enough olive oil to coat, salt, pepper and rosemary and squish to mix. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 20-25 min or until zucchini is soft and golden
