Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken. 4 skinless breasts, 4 T. brown sugar, 2 T. minced garlic, 1 T. olive oil. 500 degree oven 15-30 minutes. (If using fresh garlic, saute in oil - I just used from a jar & skipped that step.) Mix together br. sugar, garlic & oil. Spread over chicken & bake. (Sprayed baking dish).
Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken Ingredients 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 garlic cloves, minced 4 tablespoons brown sugar 3 teaspoons olive oil Directions Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease a casserole dish. In small saut pan, saut garlic with the oil until tender. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Place chicken in casserole and spoon mixture over chicken. Cook.
Grilling Chicken: Fire up the grill and preheat to medium high. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and do not touch them for 6 minutes. Right at 6 minutes, you flip them over and then don’t touch them for another 4 to 5 minutes. Then you put it on a plate, let it rest a bit (not long) and then serve.
